This year I have been so obsessed with Give Love Back. I have these wild dreams that seem so impossible to come true… BUT I know they can, because I have hope.

Great hope.

Great hope in a great God.

Instead of us sponsoring one classroom in Anaheim, we decided to sponsor 3, because we could do that and three was comfortable. BUT God, He had other plans and called us to sponsor the WHOLE school!!!

Obviously we can’t do that…

But with God all things are possible. I’m not sure how everything is going to work out, but I know it will. There is a certainty in my soul. A feeling I can’t explain.

God brought us to this and He WILL bring us through it!

Here are 5 bible verses I will be mediating on as I prayerfully move forward and HOPE faithfully. Praying these add hope to your life and help you through the seemingly impossible too.

1) Corinthians 4:16-18 NIV

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

2) Numbers 23:19 (New International Version)

God is not a man, that he should lie,

nor a son of man, that he should change his mind.

Does he speak and then not act?

Does he promise and not fulfill?

3) Jeremiah 17:7-8 NIV

But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD whose confidence is in him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”

4) Jeremiah 29:11-12 (New International Version)

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

5) Romans 5:5 (New International Version)

And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
