She brought an alabaster jar of perfume and she stood behind him at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair and poured perfume on the. Luke 7:37-38
Jesus said to the woman, “your faith has saved you; go in peace.” Luke 7:50
Now that’s love, that’s adoration.
The woman’s actions are so beautiful but what I find most beautiful about this story is the Savior who loves her without judging. Who forgives her unforgivable. It’s a beautiful dance. Perfectly choreographed to tune of love.
You love me this much?
I believe you do. I feel it.
There is no question. You answered it on the cross. You answered it with the ultimate sacrifice of your one and only son.
Your one and only.
I’m at your feet just as the woman in this story.
