I’ve been keeping wine corks with so many ideas running in my head with what to do with them. Finally, they are put to great use! (Other than securing yummy wine in a bottle)
This DIY is so easy.
1) Drink Wine
2) Collect Corks. I used about 75 corks for this, and still need more to fill in the gaps.
3) Head to Micheal’s or any craft store to purchase a 10 in styrofoam wreath (I’ve seen people use straw rounds) whatever your preference my be.
4) Whip out your glue gun and at least 6 extra glue sticks. Andrew let me use his zebra strip/ pink beauty. Ha!
Start from lining the inside of the wreath with corks, make sure you press and hold for about 20 seconds to secure each cork. Wine corks we had multiple of or had no relevant meaning were laid at the foundation of the wreath and special ones on top. The center or our wreath has the cork from our bottle of Moët on our wedding day.
